How to set (max_execution_time) and (max_input_vars)?

Hi,

I’m in trouble with these two entries (max_input_vars = 5000 and max_execution_time = 300), I can´t set them in this numbers, the default options don´t change.
This message in the PHP.ini (Note: This directive is hardcoded to 0 for the CLI SAPI) doesn´t allow to set the entries to the values required.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

If for any reason you cannot set up php.ini you have 2 alternatives. One is to add these values in htaccess or contact your host and have him set them up from their side.
