How to set Site Title And Keywrds

As my friend site using same template has setup the site Title and its keywords,

Techviral.com is his site, where if you hover over the tab you will see keywords and site title and descriptions, how can i do that on my site!?

how can I do on my site, as I have been using page for home page and there is SEO Yoast but there is no Site title or keywords or descriptions available, guide me pleaseee thanks 😀

Hi,
Use the plugin Yoast SEO, it is probably the best one out there. It can however be a little overwhelming to set up with many options available.
