hi,

You can do it via css and add the css in theme panel > custom css. Please provide more details about what are you trying to achieve, also send your site’s URL and a screenshot with the image are you referring.
1. You can change the featured image size using post templates: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-v-4-0-topic/#post-15809
2. Depends on which small feature image you refer to, you can chose different modules to display posts on page with different images sizes, if you refer to the thumbs from pages. Also can set the feature image not o be cropped from theme panel, like this: http://screencast.com/t/wlnlDBSpgS
