Hi everyone,
as an amateur I would like to set up a multilingual webpage using Newspaper theme. I read about it but could’t decide which way is the best for me, maybe you can give me some useful advices.
As a newsportal my webpage will have two pages in two languages and they are completely different form each other as for the content. The outfit, appearance, moduls, everything will be exactly the same, only the posts will be different. (Mean translation of posts is not a necessarity for me which is provided by qTranlate, etc.)
Could you help me, if I can solve this by plugins or I should think on multisite networks? The network seemed so complicated to me according to the arcticles and comments I read.

Unfortunately from what I know you will have to use the multisite method or search for a plugin that can help you with that which unfortunately I can’t recommend as we haven’t tested one that could allow you to do that.

Sir can i do that : make a folder named “Urdu” same where the english version is installed , install wordpress there and make a copy of the theme, and use that copy as an urdu version of the site?

You could try this, it could work but to make sure you give it a try and see how it goes. Unfortunately I can’t offer you an exact answer as I haven’t tested this.

ok i will try and give feedback. Just making sure there are no licensing issues , as it maybe considered as separate installation (though on same server and same site)

Unfortunately I can offer you an accurate answer about this as we haven’t made any tests with the wpml plugin and from other reports we have the theme is not fully wpml ready at this point but we have this on our issue list and we are still investigate this.
