How to shorten description displayed on category page??

As subject, the site is https://www.oki-family.com/category/%e7%a7%bb%e5%b1%85%e6%97%a5%e6%9c%ac/

Also every post’s description seem have a different length, how to standardize and shorten them, please?

I mean the description of post next to listing photo, some are very long, want to fix and standize it

Hi,

I think that you are referring to the excerpt of posts, you can set a limit for it using our documentation from theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/excerpts-introduction/ -> https://i.imgur.com/kD9OqbW.png or individual using the tagDiv Composer on blocks or flex blocks -> https://i.imgur.com/BUgroso.png

Hi,

I have set every excerpts content length as 25, but on category page, the listing length (excerpt) still sometimes 3 lines, 6 lines long, etc.

What can I do further to adjust it?

Hi,

Issue is fixed, I guess for non English text, need to change to “characters” in stead of words
