This Question Seems Simple, But I didn’t find its Answer in this forum when I searched.
My website is https://www.universalnews.org/
Click on Any Post, and look at the bottom.
There, Author Details shows, But no Picture.
How can I show a picture there?
1 – I don’t want to use Gravatar Site
2 – I won’t use any 3rd part plugins for this simple function.
I’m so curious, why this Popular theme Don’t have an Option for this simple function. ( When I checked, i couldn’t find any )

Our theme have an option for displaying author at the bottom of the posts for the standard posts templates -> https://i.imgur.com/J5aFg7P.png also if you have set a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, then you can edit it using tagDiv Composer and add the element -> https://i.imgur.com/90ugocv.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/j4nojIj.png
If there is still a problem, and this is not cause by some untested plugin, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Author Box is Enabled, and it’s showing in the Page as well.
Author Name and Details are showing.
But, Author Photo is Not showing.
There is no option to Add Author Photo in this Theme Dashboard.

Newspaper theme does not offer this option. You can either use gravatar or use a 3rd party plugin.

Author Image / Author Info is Not mandatory to get Google News Approval…
Each post Must Have an Author name – That’s Available by Default in WordPress.
Avoiding Author Image & Author Info will reduce the requests to the server…
what you say is correct, however it is a small expense to offer an extra service to readers and authors.
Personally I usedthe Avatar plugin but lately they have transformed it into another thing with other objectives, so :
I too ask if it is possible to implement in our “Newspaper” the function of the author card (with photos) without weighing it down with another plugin (in fund is a trivial function).
