Hi,
In the past I was able to use the customized home page and use AMP for the rest of the pages and posts by deselecting the flag “homepage” in the plug in AMP. Now it does not work anymore.
Can you help me?

thanks

Hello @giuseppe39!

With those settings, AMP will appear only on pages and posts, excluding the homepage: https://prnt.sc/n7wSCqACNVdQ
Please keep in mind that you must use default posts and pages rather than cloud.
If you use cloud templates, then you should use AMP with the mobile theme plugin.

The AMP only works better with the Mobile Theme plugin. From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP.

Thank you!

thanks for your reply.
I already use the mobile theme and the cloud template. But since the amp home page is quite poor I decided to keep the mobile home with my customizations.
And it Worked using the action you suggested in the screenshot. But no anymore.
Are there other ways to view, on smartphone, the mobile page as homepage for smartphone and the amp pages for the other contents?

Hello @giuseppe39!

I do not understand what you need to achieve. Can you please provide more information, such as screenshots or videos?

Thank you!

Hi Again Bettina, sorry for the delay.

home page mobile

I simply want this homepage linked above on mobile devices instead of the AMP version.

I always applied the settings you mentioned and at the initially it worked, but not anymore. I cleared the cache many times, but nothing happens.

thanks

Hello @giuseppe39!

The access is denied, so I can’t see your screenshots.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.

Thank you!

It’s just the mobile homepage

Hello @giuseppe39!

This mobile homepage is overwritten by the Mobile theme plugin, which is why the layout has changed. Edit the desktop version of your homepage with Gutenberg and disable the Mobile theme: https://prnt.sc/BZVdi5tHDCuP

Thank you!
