In the year 2018, I created a website for my client on newspaper theme. But at the time of renewal of hosting (after one year) he bought his own hosting service and I shifted his website along with all the backup, username and password related to his website.
In 2020 my website business got closed and I am no more working in this business.
Now my client wants to update the website with the latest version of the theme.
So, I want to transfer the theme and its license to him so that he is not dependent on me anymore.
Request you to please guide me on how can I transfer newspaper theme and its license to his email id or account?

Usually, the theme had to be purchased with the client’s data.
