If you want to have also, the time in publish date, you need to set it WordPress-> Settings -> General => https://www.screencast.com/t/eRYmRyZD, and the language for the date is the one selected from WordPress. => https://www.screencast.com/t/0INYO71WMS -> https://www.screencast.com/t/yZi5FY0AjiuQ
