Hi,
go to admin wordpress => Newspaper => Theme panel => Translation => Click to translation and search

Hi,
this string is not in theme panel translation. In this section is this strings with word search:
search results, Search, If you’re not happy with the results, please do another search, No results for your search, No results for your search.
I would like to translate You searched for

Hello,
Unfortunately that string cannot be changed as the theme has no control over site titles and metas but you can try a plugin such as seo yoast to do so.
