How can I turn off opacity for mobile menu background?
I want to have a full white background on mobile menu.

That depends. Are you using the mobile theme plugin or not?
Without mobile theme the color settings are here https://prnt.sc/vjwc7h
With the mobile theme they are here https://prnt.sc/vjwd9p
Each color setting has an opacity slider that can be used -> https://prnt.sc/vjwcp7
