I want to Unassign license from old domain and assign to new domain but I am not able to do this becuase button are dissabled.

If you want to move the theme to another website or change domain/migrate, you’ll need to reset the license key from that website: https://www.screencast.com/t/Zt12bpyX and remove the theme (delete), in this way the license will be available for the new website and you can use the theme without any problems.

I have rest key from my old domain but when I check in my domain still i am not able to assign to new domain

I can see that you already have two active domains, and the license key is for only one domain and a staging. Please consider buying another license, or you should wait until 2024-01-19 to switch again.
