How to upload pdf in My website with download button

Hi,
This pdf file can be upload in media library and it can be set on button by coping the link of the pdf file and set it in a button that is set using tagDiv Composer https://i.imgur.com/fVNE2cB.png -> https://i.imgur.com/xem1NPn.png then it will be open the pdf file that can be download.
