i want to link some areas in a page , but i cant see anchor link option in tag div composer . how can i use anchor linking (internal linking)

I have implemented the above solution to configure an internal page anchor using the “Button” element and an Extra Class id and it works.
However, Is it possible to use the button in the “Text with Image” element and have that button scroll down to the lower element with the Extra Class id (Price Table)?

Thanks for the response Anamaria.
Since the Text with Image element buttons cannot scroll down can they at least be turned off? I have stripped them of all attributes and yet they still display a bright orange outline.
Can they be turned off?
