how to use shortcode wpform or contactform?

Can you inform me how to use the shortcode for a form (f.i. WP-form) on a page?
I have tried it under raw html box but that did not work.

Try entering the plugin shortcode in a text element, like this example with a contact form

thnx for your reply.
My problem is that the text or shortcode I place in the textbox is not transferred to the ‘html’box on the screen.

What can I do to transfer the text from the textbox to the screen?

Hi,

I don’t quite understand what you mean. I simply pasted the form shortcode in the text element, saved the page and viewed it. The form is displayed accordingly.
If you could provide some more details about the issues you are facing I will try to help you.
