How will it cost for asking to create a custom single post template design?

Hello

I am wanting to get a full custom single post template desinged. It is actually a simple design and very close to some of the templates. But not close enough. I need some custom things done.

Is ther staff or a service here I can request this and what would be the price. Don’t need whole website. Just a custom single post that I cannot acheive on my own.
