hreflang error in header.php

Hello,

It’s seems there is a typo in the header.php, mine (from 7.4 Newspaper’s version) has this line :

<link rel=”alternate” hreflang=”fr” href=” » />

I think the end of the line is not ok (it generate broken links when I audit the site)

There is no That is something you added or maybe a plugin did but it does not come from the theme.
