I want to ask, .htaccess file has to be only in public_html folder or/and in newspaper folder. It seems that I have .htaccess files in both folders.

Hi,

This is not an issue to appear in both folders, just make sure you don’t have rules that creates conflicts. Maybe it is added by a plugin that you use also in the theme folder or the server creates an htaccess file for more folder. I couldn’t know for sure what generates it also there.
