HTML Error when uploading images

I keep getting an HTML error when uploading images. The images aren’t huge and I’m sure this question has probably been answered here before. Nonetheless please help.

Make sure that your system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/, check the permissions to your server, enable the mbstring, remove all of the untested plugins and check the results.
