Good day guys. I see this List https://snag.gy/bG47JT.jpg Does Newspaper have a code for this or list of design with a color (example i wan to change the color of square bullet).

That seems like a standard html ul list.

If you want this on a post, you can simply create the element on a page and then copy the shortcode into your post. Once you make the page and have the list as you want it, access the page in the back-end using the mce editor (outside the tagdiv composer) to copy the shortcode.
