About a week ago, I noticed that whenever I access my site via mobile or desktop, it first loads the html (you can see the hyperlinks of whatever page is located at the URL) then transitions to the blue background screen that you see when you click the Search bar on mobile, then it loads the page.

There were previous cases like the one you are describing. In most of them it was caused by the cloudflare rocket loader

If you use cloudflare try to disable the rocket loader, then check if the issue is fixed.

Do you use any optimization plugins, minification plugins or render blocking plugins? You could temporarily disable those and clear all caching. Then check again.

Yes, I was using Swift for optimization. I cleared the cache and deactivated the plugin, and it sure looks like that solved the issue. Can you click this link and confirm from your end?
I checked it, the issue is no longer seen. Disabling that plugin seems to have solved the problem.

These kind of plugins or settings from them can break a website in some cases. You could try a few plugins and make tests to see if there are any problems, we haven’t tested any up to this point so making a recommendation would be hard.
Maybe some other theme users can share their experience in this matter.
