Nobody should be going to that location; it’s not a public part of your site. Hackers sometimes try that to see if there is no proper blocking mechanism in order to get access to your files.

You will also often see that error in webmaster tools when switching themes, or updating themes; this is normal, and you can just mark as ‘fixed’ and move on 🙂
