Did you updated the WordPress to v6? If yes, then this is the problem. In the last WordPress version appeared a few bugs, one of them is related to the column text and text with title elements.

Hello,
Our developers are working for a fix and if I remember correctly today or at least Monday the fix will be in tests, therefore I believe that the next week will be a theme update that will resolve that situation.

Hello,
The new update is in tests (there were some bugs).
I asked a developer to integrate the fix for the column text and text with title in tagDiv Composer in Newsmag v5.2, so you can disable, delete the tagDiv Composer and reinstall the plugin from Newsmag> plugins and this problem will be resolved.
