Hi,
Do i miss something here? I love this theme, but it slows down our server to a crawl. A closer look revealed that a page visit triggers 40,000 queries. this can’t be right. I don’t find any reports about an issue with sql performance of the newspaper theme. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is here?

solved. seems there was a conflict with old plugins. After deactivation of these plugins the issue disappeared.
