Do you use the latest theme version? We made changes in the theme starting with 9.2 (latest is 9.2.2) to provide compatibility with the Gutenberg editor. Changelog can be seen at the bottom of this page

I purchased this theme 2 days ago, and installed it with correct step.
I installed a theme “News This Week” which is included in Library.
I installed and Activated “TagDiv Composer” but I’m seeing any option of it as you provided screenshots

None of the screenshot match with my current installation, that mean I’m not able to see tagdiv composer option anywhere? Is this a bug?
If the composer is active those options should appear

I tried installing latest version and checked but also still i am not able to see tag div composer.

The latest version of the theme works fine with the latest version of WordPress, we made multiple tests.
If you use an older version of the theme with the latest WordPress there may be problems.
In case you have a problem (latest theme 9.2.2 and latest WordPress) please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login as well as cPanel if possible. mention as many details about it as you can so we can check.
