I am having an issue with Tag div composer! some options are not displaying fully on the Tag div composer, everything else works fine. I checked the requirements for tag div composer and it does meet all the requirements.

Hi,

First thing to try would be to access the respective page and force refresh the page in browser, should be Ctrl+Shift+R. If the same happens, try with a different browser, it could be a browser extension causing it.

Also worth investigating the plugins, make a quick test, deactivate them all except the theme plugins. Check the results after doing that. Let us know if the issue remains.
