First: My Site Mega Menu is not working can you please tell me how to get out of this?

Hi,

The mega menu isn’t working because you don’t have any posts in the categories you have set to use mega menu.

For the slider to slide it needs to have more than 4 posts as 1 slide uses 4 posts then if 5/6/7 posts were added then your slider will start to slide so make sure the slider has more that 4 posts to display and also make sure that this options are set to show more than 4 posts: http://screencast.com/t/g2QVw8cdFiCJ
