I am unable to add new posts to my website and I also unable to edit the front page.
I would also like some assistance with reducing the size of the header on mobile.

Please provide more details about your issues.
Normally the posts are created in WordPress – Posts -> https://i.imgur.com/c3Yqi22.png and those posts are displayed in front-end -> https://i.imgur.com/GtT8Rkp.jpg
Please let me know what plugins you have installed.
