When you try to activate the theme, please check if you do not have other plugins activated and try to activate it manually https://www.screencast.com/t/EL4k48Lq if the theme panel does not work. Theme activation -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/

I understood that unfortunately, you could not activate the theme, if so please make a full backup and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin login (to can login in WordPress admin zone), credentials, license certificate and purchase code, open the text file and look for the Item Purchase Code. – http://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-find-your-envato-purchase-code/ We will take a look at the problem and we’ll fix it.
