I am using Advanced Custom Fields – Plugin

I have created some custom fields, like file, date of issue etc… When I view the post with that information entered… the information does not show up.

any idea why the custom fields are not showing up in the post?

You need to actually put the functions into the template, per the ACF docs. Simply creating fields in ACF does not put them into anything. You need to read the ACF docs, create the “if populated” code into your desired post template where you want them to appear.
