All the posts i create i get this option by default. Please help to check why and how to disable this ?

Hello,
Please go into the ACF -> https://i.imgur.com/2MRLLuV.png lead information and change them not to be required: https://i.imgur.com/6Cy7W5M.png. Also, you can delete that group of fields.

If lead information provided on the post, how that information can be used it there ?

Your emails from Lead will be added in Opt-In Builder -> Leads Emails -> https://i.imgur.com/t4Ic7Kq.png
