i can add masthead banner w Headers And Footers plugin. But no success on mobie

tagDiv composer does not give permission to add custom banner area above logo or existing header.

I use Header and Footers plugin and can add masthead banner to the desktop site.

I cannot achive that for mobile. i am using mobile theme not AMP+mobile or mobile.

I need hand

Unfortunately I do not know how that plugin is working, but I think that using the theme panel fields for mobile ads is not working – https://i.imgur.com/cp2mdNr.png
The files for mobile theme are located in – wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile
