I can change the size footer or not ?

Hi,

I’m not sure what your issue is. You can set the footer layout on 1/2/3 columns from here: http://screencast.com/t/7H0PFJgg
Then use the appearance > widgets area: http://screencast.com/t/WAwB5vhGiH and add widgets to it and make it look similar to the one you would want.
