I can create a separate menu for each article?

I want to create a menu and assign it to each post? That means each post will have a different menu.

WordPress does not support that normally. There might be a plugin for that. Website menus are intended to be ‘site wide’ which is how that has been done since 1994. However, some sites create sub-menus per page for sections of sites and often simplest way to do that is register a new widget area, then put that into a custom post template then create custom WP menu and put into the widget, then that widget area is loaded either from the custom template used for a site section as sub-menu.

To create custom menu “per post/page” might need way more customization.
Suggest:
a) look for plugin that does that
b) you might need to hire developer
c) be way more specific in what/why you are trying to do which is not a normal thing in WordPress, and not built in to any theme I’ve ever seen since 2004 for WP.

(I don’t work here; just some feedback as long time webdev dinosaur) 🙂

Some possible plugins might be

I guess some themes may now include this, but not common.

Hello simchris, thank you for answering my question. Currently, I am using The7 themes and it allows me to create many menus and assign them to each post I want. You can see the image below:
