Please notice that if you want to change the color of this bar, you need to change the Theme Accent Color from Theme panel. Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change only the Active color bar, sorry! You should do it yourself through the code and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you.
