Hello admweb,

First of all, ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, check your WordPress version to be the latest one. More important is also to check your System status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
