I may do anything in theme panel or do any changes in that but when it comes to saving the settings, it does not happen, it just keeps circling around as it’s processing. Please help me out as I can not even update the ads in the sidebar or header. Thanks
I am facing the same issue and its not the hosting provider, I have checked with them. I have then re-installed the theme and after that saving is still failing. Lets hope they will provide us with a solution. Theme version Version: 11.2
It’s super annoying and we can not post ads or update the ads. It’s giving us hard time from our clients and we are hoping to get the solution from the theme developer soon.

From your report this problem can be caused by an admin ajax that is blocked (usually it looks like this https://i.imgur.com/RuOUe8r.png). You can check this by using the inspect option from the right click before click on the save settings button, check the console to see if you get some errors.
Normally admin-ajax.php is blocked by modSecurity from host, it can be from firewall or other security modules/plugins.

Hello Calin, after disabling the mode Security, the problem is still there, the Theme does not update. Please give me detailed instructions to resolve the issue.
