I Can not set up the tag div social counter

Hello:

I followed the steps to set up tag div social counter on the side bar of site but for any reason The facebook counter is not counting the fans of my fan page

I need your help to solve this.

Hello alexcormani,

First of all, make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and then, check your Facebook Like’s page to be a public one. Otherwise, you will not bring good results. For achieving good results, please check the following documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ If the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results and if you cannot solve this case, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
