Make sure you are using the latest version of the theme (9.2.2). Download the latest version of the theme from themeforest.net then go to the newspaper>plugins on your WordPress dashboard and update the mobile plugin from there.

Hi,

Please deactivate the mobile theme, and delete the plugin ( please check to be delete from wp-content plugins img ), after that install the new version that you’get from theme forest with the theme.
