I have a clean installation with the zodiac demo data installed and I cannot update the logo in the header nor the logo that is on the home page when i add the link(the large logo at the top of the banner).
This was some of the problems i had years ago when i first brought the theme and it’s still here.

Hello,
To change the logo, edit with tagDiv Composer, select the header logo, delete the logo text => https://www.screencast.com/t/rwz0rmDkH and you can add a image logo => https://www.screencast.com/t/w5N5JhQaSYXI
If you don’t mean this, then please provide me with more details and screenshots.
