i cannot hide author from posts

Hello, i have tried all ways of hiding admin from the posts seems like doesnt work. I turned off from panel SHOW AUTHOR NAME and SHOW AUTHOR BOX are both off, i also cleared the cache. I dont know whats happening, please someone could help. Thanks in advance

Hi,

If you mean the author name displayed in the post page, that can be disabled in the theme panel just like the author box as well

If you already tried this without result, try clearing an caching installed and check again.
