I can’t activate the newspaper theme even after displaying the “Theme successfully activated,” it still shows unRegistered.
I successfully activated the theme on my subdomain, but now I can’t activate it on the main domain.

Usually, when this is happening, it is from an object cache that can be from a plugin that you have installed or from your host. Please check this and if you can not find it, just make a test using only theme plugins and see if the problem persists.
