I enter the code PURCHASE CODE and press Active but the Theme does not receive and see any message.

Hi,
You can activate the theme like in our guide -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/, if the theme can’t be activated, please check the console and see if there are message errors.
Also please make sure that you use an SSL to have https.
