Since yesterday we tried to insert images or change any of a “Single background image” block or other blocks that take images from the media library and do not take them

Hello!

Make sure the Composer saved your changes and apply them on the frontend.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

At Chrome console, when we replace the image at the TagDiv editor, we see an error:

> POST https://www.quepasaweb.com.ar/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 404
load-scripts.php?c=0&load%5Bchunk_0%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,regenerator-runtime,wp-polyfill,wp-hooks&ver=6.1.1:2 POST https://www.quepasaweb.com.ar/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 404

We are running Cloudflare but we never had issues before.

Any idea on what could be causing this or how to debug it?
Everything is 100% updated.

We are not able to replace the image using the editor. If we place the HTML code directly, it works properly.

We only had WP Super Cache, we disabled it and the error persists.
We also tried temporarily disabling Cloudflare but no luck as well.

Hello!

Please execute these steps:
1. deactivate TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall (delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if a cache plugin is present).
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if a cache plugin is present).

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Thanks for the advice Bettina.

We found that the issue was ModSecurity, blocking the attempts to edit the page.
We disabled the problematic rules and now everything works properly again.
