I can't change the text size

Hello!
I have tried to change the text size in several ways, from the theme panel, from external plugins and from additional CSS in the customize section. But none of them work.
How can I solve that?

Hello,

Please let me know what prebuilt website do you have installed, if you have a Standard Prebuilt Website you can change the fonts from Theme Panel -> Theme Fonts => https://www.screencast.com/t/y4NljP3w2uao but if you have Pro Prebuilt Website, then you need to set the font with tagDiv Composer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQvA64uTLkI

If this is not what you mean, please provide some more details, screenshots.
