I can't click the OK button to start template import

Hi, whenever I try to import a template – the popup “Are you sure you want to import this template” is behind the templates window so i can’t proceed. When I “X” the template window, the popup also disappears. How am I supposed to load a template in a page??? see screenshot: https://tinyurl.com/y4epu54m

Hi,

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache.
Also what device are you using to import the cloud templates ?
