I can’t delete my saved elements shortcodes

I am using Newspaper Theme version 12.6.6. Two days ago, I couldn’t save elements. Also, I can’t delete my previously saved elements. The x sign doesn’t work.

Hi,

I think that you have a plugin conflict there. Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you use a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.

Hi

I am still struggling with deleting the saved shortcodes. I have multisite WordPress. I can delete (or save ) shortcodes with no problem. But in another, I can’t.

Help me, please.

Hello,

It depends on how the plugins are activated on the multisite, individual on each subdomain, or on the Network. Also, do you have the same plugins there? Maybe it can also be a plugin conflict.
