You will have to start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Ok. I’ll work on that. Do you have telephone or chat support, or is it email and forum only? Being able to talk to someone live is extremely important to me, and would be the most helpful.
The conflict is with the Gutenberg plugin. I’m not sure how important or unimportant that is, but the WordPress tech support is on a live chat with me and being a huuuuuge help.
Here is a screencast of what I experienced with the composer when Gutenberg was activated. It’s one of the default plugins that come with a WordPress.com Business plan.
