I can't edit or add blocks

I am unable to add any new blocks, because they don’t show up in Visual Composer. I also can’t edit the ones on the page, only move them around. I can’t delete blocks either (the social counter has wrong accounts in them), only the whole row they are in. This has messed up my site. I was on Newspaper 4 and did the upgrade to 6. I have another site using Newsmag, which is working fine.

I have the same issues with visual composer after updating..

That worked, it must of turned them off after update.
