I can't figure out how to edit the blocks below the page (not post) template

Hi there 🙂 I’m sure there is a way to edit the blocks at the bottom of page (not posts) template, but I can’t seem to figure it out. I have gone into the “Website Manager”, and there really isn’t much regarding that. Even the fonts don’t change. How can I edit this? Thanks so much in advance 🙂

Please us know what blocks are you referring to.
Usually, you can edit with tagDiv Composer and you can change the fonts like in this video -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQvA64uTLkI -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
